Kirito glanced back at her and smiled, kissing the crown of her hair for a moment before whisking his head away.

Asuna stirred slightly and hugged him tighter, smiling more

Kirito blinked and glanced at her before smiling and sighed deeply, not caring about the front lines for the first time in awhile.

Kirito's eyes flicked to a object he saw duck behind a tree and slowly slid out from Asuna's grasp.

Kirito unsheathed his swords and took a cautious step forward.

Kirito glanced around some more, before feeling something sharp in his back and blinked, finding himself unable to turn around as the 'paralyzed' icon appeared and he fell over.

Asuna's eyes widened and she ran over to him."Kirito-kun?!"

Kirito gritted his teeth. "Run.. away." He muttered, trying to see behind her.

Asuna shook her head."Im here to protect you!". She stood up and held her sword, looking around for anything

Kirito mentally facepalmed. "Asuna, d-" He cut himself off, seeing someone behind her. "Behind you!"

Asuna whipped around, sword ready

The person standing behind her jumped back in surprise at her quick reaction speed, but regained their confidence quickly.

Asuna took a step forward, eyes narrowed threateningly."Who are you? What do you want?"

The person smirked and crossed their arms, tapping three daggers that were wedged between their fingers, all of them probably coated in a different effect. Whoever this is, was orange, instead of green, and Kirito tried to get up but was unable to. "PK-ing." The person said simply, shrugging.

Asuna's grip on her sword increased and she took a step forward, eyes narrowed.

Kirito sensed other people nearby, and opened his mouth to warn Asuna before feeling something hard push his face into the ground and spat dirt out of his mouth, recognizing what wasn't allowing him to talk as a boot; someone was holding him down. He scowled and continued to struggle to break out of paralyze himself; with no avail. Kirito heard another person approach; three enemies so far.. He closed his mouth to prevent any further dirt to enter his mouth and mentally yelled at himself for letting himself be paralyzed so easily.

The person grinned at Asuna.

Asuna took a step towards the person who was holding Kirito down."Get your boot off of him!"

Gosh, this is making me remember a roleplay a long, long time ago.. Blarghbargh. I loved that roleplay.
